When your project doesn't quite need Full Service Interior Design, but you are wanting a comforting start to your project. Our chic style and insight can guide you in the selection of lighting, paint colors, cabinetry finishes, countertops, and flooring, to begin your construction phase. Our team is happy to work with your contractor. As many, or as little as you need, you will have our material recommendations to start your authentic journey to a beautiful new home.

One Day Room Refresh

If your home is halfway there... you don't have to be famous to have your space look like a magazine! Intended for homeowners that need assistance in a new fresh look using their existing furnishings and decor in combination with new items within the clients budget. Once the appointment is scheduled, a request for pictures of your existing space and items intended to be repurposed are sent at least one week before the appointment. Client's inspiration pictures and desired style will be discussed, number of rooms and their dimensions are also needed. A new design layout will then be created by our team. We will schedule an installation day and you can leave everything to us to create the magic to make your space really come to life! The stylist will be your personal shopper prior to the appointment and arrive at your home with new furnishings and accessories that will be added to your existing items to create a beautiful fresh look. *If contracted services including wallpaper and/or painting services are desired, those services will be discussed on a case by case basis. Turn our One Day Refresh service into a SURPRISE for someone special and give them the best gift ever!

Effective project management combined with expert budget assistance is the key to transforming your ideas into successful outcomes. Our services ensure that every phase of your project is meticulously planned, executed, and monitored, minimizing risks and maximizing efficiency. By integrating precise budget control, we keep your project financially on track, preventing cost overruns and ensuring optimal allocation of resources. We will create a scope of work checklist and an itemized budget sheet tailored to your project as a reference guide to keep you task and on budget.

DISCOVERY CALL AND CONSULTATION

An in-depth phone call to get to know each other and your interior design needs. Scheduling an in-home or jobsite consultation to see your project, gather existing conditions information, request client photos of inspiration, and budget perimeters.

PROJECT COMMENCEMENT

Start of project, pre-site survey and measuring at the property, and other preliminaries including confirming scope of work, letter of agreement signature, and initial deposit.

PHASE I: CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

Full-on design concepts for each area per client's requested scope of work including our additional suggestions. Samples gathered and presented for approval, digital mood boards, presentation materials, and also any shopping trips to see construction materials, furniture and/or furnishings in person.

PHASE 2: DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Finalizing ALL selections for entire project including all installed items of construction, and also loose items to include furniture, furnishings. Gathering ALL estimates. Site visits to meet with general contractor and all sub-contractors and administration time to gather and prepare all quotes and proposals for client's approval to include sketches and diagrams for those contractors, creating project binders with product spec sheets for all materials, and also the finetuning of the all-in budget and project timeline for client approval.

PHASE 3: DESIGN DOCUMENTATION

ALL procurement for entire project, excluding items and materials purchased by general contractor, but including loose items to include furniture, furnishings, and also all installed items of construction on our scope.

PHASE 4: CONSTRUCTION

Project management of general contractor and sub-contractors including site visits. Also managing, receiving, and quality control of incoming furniture and furnishings in preparation for installation day.

PHASE 5: INSTALL AND STYLING

The BIG DAY or Days of installing and styling ALL areas.
